I thank all the Supporters for my petition's passing the symbolic mark of 100,000 signatures, and in this regard, I have updated the text of the petition by including a description of the shocking events of recent months - information about the Russian oligarchs ordering my assassination by poisoning in connection with my British lawsuit against them, as well as about their total corruption in the UK through their British lawyer Edward Crosse of Simmons & Simmons in order to pervert the course of justice.

Also, I publish excerpts from my letter to the London police investigator sent on 10 August in the framework of the criminal investigation 23000352662.

Dear Mr Honan, 

1.      Many thanks again for your today’s email (10 August 2023). 

2.      I noted that you wrote about the following steps you took: (1) a request to Switzerland to establish the owner of the email account used by “James Durand” and (2) some steps, related to threats coming from the English phone numbers.

Regarding the verification of information 

about the involvement of Edward Crosse 

in the criminal activities of the Russian oligarchs in the UK

3.      However, I also noted that you did not write anything about the steps intended to establish the role of Edward Crosse, a British lawyer from the firm of Simmons & Simmons[1] (which is located in THE jurisdiction OF YOUR POLICE STATION), in what is happening.

4.      Mr Crosse is mentioned many times in the emails of “James Durand” in several contexts at once:

a.       As a person through whom PhosAgro shareholders engage in total corruption in England (in particular, with the aim of perverting the course of justice in case CL-2016-000831). For convenience, a list of relevant phrases from the emails of “James Crosse” is provided in Schedule 1.

b.      As a person interested in my murder (Schedule 2).

c.       As a person involved in the organization of round-the-clock illegal surveillance of me in Latvia (the first email of 1 June 2023[2]).

5. Moreover, I believe that there is every reason to recognize Mr Crosse as a suspect, with all the relevant consequences. The same applies to his clients (the Russian oligarchs) who are the persons who have ordered the crimes in question.

REFERRING THIS CASE TO THE NCA

6.      I also want to once again express my opinion that this case should be referred to the NCA, since we are talking about organized crime of an international nature and especially serious crimes (including corruption). In this regard, let me remind you that the Latvian law enforcement agencies have recently agreed with this and therefore the criminal case on death threats was transferred to the appropriate unit (similar to the British NCA).

7.      During our meeting (my interrogation) on 23 June, you said that you would discuss this issue with your superiors. It seemed to me that you were also of the opinion that the NCA is the most appropriate body to investigate.

STATEMENT ON MY INTERROGATION ON 23 JUNE 2023

8.      I also want to repeat my question (asked once again in my email today) about a written statement following my interrogation on 23 June. During that meeting, you said that such a statement would be prepared and sent to me. However, almost 50 days have passed, but this statement is still not prepared.

(1)   22 May – “Information on how law firms planned to defeat justice. Details (emails from Edward Crosse and other partners discussing payments to various people to frustrate the case, texts, audio and video recordings)”.

(2)   24 May – “I only stumbled on information and evidence about murder plans against you and it is important you have this in your hands. For Ed Crosse, yes, he has been the mastermind of a plan to subjugate the litigation that you have been pursuing. He is paid by G, in a separate financial arrangement from the official legal fees, to pay people to frustrate the litigation, and this is the proof and evidence that I am providing. What I can add is that, yes, this litigation could be related to the murder plans against you”.

(3)   25 May – “Ed Crosse knows you have a solid case against G, but they are using deliberate tactics to frustrate this case. Ed Crosse is being paid millions to be the devil's advocate and he will do everything to make sure you are defeated and silenced forever”.

(4)   1 June – “This information will pin everyone involved and make them accountable for their roles in this crime, Ed Crosse included. In fact, there are six people mentioned in relation to your court case in the UK, and eight people in Russia. The evidence against Crosse is watertight because he is caught on record, both audio and video, he signed some documents, he received and distributed payments, he has had communication with G and other people in Russia and the UK, including the people who are surveiling you”.

(5)   1 June (the second email) – “Crosse's role is to see that the litigation part of your quest against G and PhosAgro is frustrated to the maximum, especially in the UK. He is illegally using the court system to deny you justice. In other words, he is abetting a crime by handling part of the effort to see to it that you fail in your quest”.

(6)   9 June – “AGAIN, THERE IS RELATED MATERIAL EVIDENCE OF CORRUPTION AND INTERFERENCE IN YOUR COURT MATTER”.

1.      Email of 24 May 2023 – “What I can add is that, yes, this litigation could be related to the murder plans against you”[3].
