Firstly, exactly 9 years ago (on 7 August 2014) the Russian oligarchs (the heroes of my petition) fraudulently deceived me after 18 years of cooperation. This was done during a personal meeting, which I recorded on a dictaphone. What struck me most during this meeting was that informing me of the fraudulent deception was accompanied by an unprecedented level of undisguised and inexplicable hatred towards me. The level of hatred demonstrated was extremely high - as if I had done something extremely bad for these people, although all the "bad" that I had done for them was (1) the huge profits, (2) saving their business from bankruptcy and (3) them themselves from possible criminal prosecution. "Gratitude" for completely inexplicable reasons turned into hatred. I will not list everything that these “grateful” oligarchs have done to me over the past 9 years (especially since most of it is described in the main text of the petition). I will only say that they stole 9 years of my life from me not only for nothing bad, but in spite of all the good that I had done for them. This is irrational approximately in the same way as the unmotivated war unleashed by Putin in Ukraine. Even worse, Ukraine simply did nothing wrong to Russia in order to become a victim of aggression, and I did a lot of good for these people, but I was subjected to aggression at the level of fanaticism.

Secondly, I am happy to confirm that I have achieved the fulfilment of one of my demands to the Latvian authorities, who are investigating the criminal case of death threats made against me. I have made this demand also publicly on numerous occasions, including in updates to the petition, - to transfer the investigation from the most ordinary police department to a higher level - to a unit specializing in organized crime and especially serious crimes, including murders. This has finally happened against the background of the information coming in since May that these oligarchs had ordered my assassination by poisoning or staging an accident in connection with my English lawsuit against them. This story is partly described in this article.

Finally, it is officially admitted that we are talking about the organized crime on the international level.

Thirdly, I hope that the British authorities will also seriously investigate the second part of the information about my assassination order. This second part is about total corruption on the part of these oligarchs in the British courts through one of the oligarchs' lawyers (Edward Crosse of Simmons & Simmons).

I will list:

1. 22 May – “Information on how law firms planned to defeat justice. Details (emails from Edward Crosse and other partners discussing payments to various people to frustrate the case, texts, audio and video recordings)”.
2. 24 May – “I only stumbled on information and evidence about murder plans against you and it is important you have this in your hands. For Ed Crosse, yes, he has been the mastermind of a plan to subjugate the litigation that you have been pursuing. He is paid by G, in a separate financial arrangement from the official legal fees, to pay people to frustrate the litigation, and this is the proof and evidence that I am providing. What I can add is that, yes, this litigation could be related to the murder plans against you”.
3. 25 May – “Ed Crosse knows you have a solid case against G, but they are using deliberate tactics to frustrate this case. Ed Crosse is being paid millions to be the devil's advocate and he will do everything to make sure you are defeated and silenced forever”.
4. 1 June – “This information will pin everyone involved and make them accountable for their roles in this crime, Ed Crosse included. In fact, there are six people mentioned in relation to your court case in the UK, and eight people in Russia. The evidence against Crosse is watertight because he is caught on record, both audio and video, he signed some documents, he received and distributed payments, he has had communication with G and other people in Russia and the UK, including the people who are surveiling you”.
5. 1 June - “Crosse's role is to see that the litigation part of your quest against G and PhosAgro is frustrated to the maximum, especially in the UK. He is illegally using the court system to deny you justice. In other words, he is abetting a crime by handling part of the effort to see to it that you fail in your quest”.

I am awaiting an update from the British authorities regarding this piece of information. I also applied to other official bodies, including the Court of Appeal, that this information be thoroughly investigated (by the National Crime Agency or other competent authority)
