FARMER'S court hearing where JUDGE will announce her decision on the 290 registration is on FRIDAY, June 30th , 2017, 1:30 PM Superior Court Hall of Justice 190 West Hedding Street Dept 39-6th floor San Jose, CA Dear friends, In recent developments, Judge Chatman HAS DECIDED TO RULE on the 290 registration (sex offender registry) on June 30th at 1:30 PM. This is so that on July 14th the issue of sentencing and impact statements can be the only focus. On June 30th at 1:30 PM, Judge Chatman will hear brief arguments both by Alexandra Ellis and the defense attorney and then announce her decision. The 290 issue will be addressed at the June 30th court date. The July 14th court date will still be held for sentencing and the impact statements. We need your presence on the June 30th hearing. Please bring someone with you, and if you can, share on your social media accounts. We feel that if the court room is full the Judge might find it harder to rule against a 290.
