Dear supporters, Today was very long and emotionally exhausting day, There was a hearing with Judge Chatman to provide input towards the judge’s decision as to whether Robert Farmer would be required to register as a sex offender as part of his sentence..The District Attorney’s Office called Dr. Sharon Osterman to testify and she was questioned both by Alexandra Ellis and the Defense Attorney, Wes Schroder. Because the Judge wanted to finish witness testimonies today she needed to split the hearing. The first one was over a 1 hour long beginning at 10:00 AM and the second one was at 2:30 PM and finished after 5 o'clock. The testimony was heartbreaking. The judge heard oral arguments from both sides after Dr. Osterman’s testimony. Judge Chatman did not rule anything and stated that she would announce her decision at the sentencing hearing on July 14th at 9am.
