Please, Support New petition: Serial Cat Killer just relocated, he needs to be stopped

While we are waiting for the next Court Hearing for R.Farmer's case on Oct, 04 2016, Please Support this New petition: The serial Cat killer of 19 cats ANTHONY APPOLONIA after serving 5 years in prison, was recently released on parole (with condition that he can't own any animals in New Jersey). He just moved to Delaware, where he took possession of several cats, and cats are nowhere to be found! Thank you for your support, our voices matter!
