Stop Animal Murderer Robert Farmer of San Jose

PEOPLE vs farmer
The time has come....
Wednesday JULY 13 at 9:00 AM -
190 W Hedding St
San Jose, CA 95124
COME ONE - COME ALL!!!
Please share this post on your Nextdoor accounts and social media accounts- we need to keep public awareness!
DA Ellis told us that we will find out what will happen on this day- either Farmer pleads no contest or guilty or a preliminary hearing is set. After July 13th the case will move faster (no more long delays).
DA Ellis thanked us for our patient and for appearance as in her words our continued appearance makes a difference! I cannot begin to tell you how important it has been that we have shown up as we are making our voices heard in a pacifist way.
As we were exiting the court room we noticed that the Judge was looking at each one of us... Our presence counts and sends a message that this will not be tolerated.
As I have stated before it is important that this case be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Research has shown that Santa Clara County has a bad track record in prosecuting these types of crimes. So we have an opportunity to make a change. This case can assist other future cases as prosecuting attorneys can refer to this case as a case precedence.
Farmer needs to be held accountable for every charge.
So please I urge you to share this post and to get involved- please set aside July 13 at 9am. We are almost always the first ones seen and it takes about an hour. There is plenty of parking.
Lastly please bring your neighbors, friends and kids - I cannot tell you what a valuable lesson you will teach your kids as they will see how the court system operates.
One last note Farmer did not appear (probably didn't want to face use) but he was ordered to appear at the next hearing. Farmer is in solitary confinement (gets to see the light of day for 30 min)
More to come.....
With much Gratitude and Respect!!
