Dear EBRPSS Supporters,

Please make every effort to attend the EBRPSS School Board meeting this Thursday, August 24th, at 5PM. A new location has been announced. The meeting will be help at the Professional Development Center at 3000 N. Sherwood Forest (70814).

Our collective voices can save our schools but only if we use them.

Stay informed. Are you aware that our School Board President Lanus (District 2)  is running for state representative? Do you know he has denied knowing that bus drivers make only $19,000 per year? This is his second term as a school board member. Lanus was present at t Monday's emergency meeting with bus drivers where promises were broken and insults were hurled. More bus drivers quit that day. 

School Board member Mike Gaudet (District 7) continues to support Dr. Narcisse although the Superintendent has denied knowledge of the issues in Transportation, bullied bus drivers, demanded more work from principals and faculty, altered the school schedule without consulting principals or reviewing contract requirements with faculty, and thus creating more chaos to the school start. 

Take ACTION: Find out what your own School Board Member has been doing. Email or call the School Board. Attend meetings and speak up. 

School Board member Katie Kennison (District 8) has consistently championed all families who use the transportation system and all faculty and staff. She deserves a thank you email for all of the consistent effort she has made to provide our children with a safe, happy, and robust educational experience.
