Why tonight matters: this morning the BBC reported that draft deals on food checks, emissions trading and a youth travel and work scheme have been sent to EU governments, along with a draft joint statement for UK and EU leaders.

The words that will be agreed on 20 November are being written now. We want citizens' rights in that statement.  Every new signature makes it harder to leave people out of the reset.
