I am a Hispanic child at Hargrave High School who gets bullied constantly during school hours, and the school doesn't exactly do much about it unless they are reached out about a ongoing situation or a past one.

I have done a bit of research online and in person about the particular races at my school and I found out that a large majority of the Hispanic kids at my school aren't exactly civilized and a TON of them are wannabe gangsters. 

the school district is not at all located in a low income environment (more of a middle class one) and it SICKENS me that I have to admit that I don't like the people of my own race because they don't act like me and instead act like hooligans. it is the same reason most of my friends are white and why I think the school needs to step in about this major issue. and its not just people of Hispanic race it is also people of other "minority race" 

I want this school district to have responsible people, not a bunch of gangster wannabe kids who think they are better than everyone else. by law gangsters are criminals and can be charged with crimes they committed. and I know that my school can do something about it because schools are allowed to punish these types of people. 


but sadly I don't see my school doing anything about it and that makes me sad, sad that I and the civilized people around me have to deal with hooligans every (or every other) day just because nobody in the authority have taken action against them.

 so I am making this in hope of change and that my school will punish or take further action against these people and that this change will be for the best as the only people who would disagree with this are likely wannabe gangsters themselfs.
