Great news! The rest of the animals from the Puerto Rico Zoo are being transferred to The Wild Animal Sanctuary in the United States! This is a very delicate situation and a very complicated mission. There are hundreds of animals that still need to be relocated from this zoo to accredited sanctuaries. The Wild Animal Sanctuary in Colorado is trying to take in as many animals as they can. The entire relocation process will take several months due to the total cost and logistics.
