The PSC sides with a company that harasses the disabled, and woman all while attempting to coherse easement agreements . There are not and plan curtains, bld permits, or plat maps to prove public need outside of Jim Beam other than their pipedream to get other business to bld that are not committed.  The Psc does not service the public only big money and companies that want to violate laws for revenue money !
