Lges c.y.a of their lies knows no bounds and the fact they are out there drilling / working when they were asked to stop and cease work - Nnooo that isnt dare dirty play- As they been dirty all along !
Harassing women intentionally, pressuring and threatening people with cancer,als, and other major health conditions/ disabilities to talk them into signing ( thats how they aquired easements with dirty hands ,lies and threats ) All the while using the same lie "They were the last and loose their homes " While all ready in plight medical conditions- that isnt dare honest play is it? Wouldnt that be harassment, or falsely pretenses of a legal binding document ( they are laws against that esp.force the sick and disabled)
There are Federal Trade Commission complaints on this and the local. AdA organizations notified , as well as women rights organizations. The lies they have created to scare the public during election campaign rally's telling people they would have their gas cut off and freeze this winter to now saying they will not - way to change your words and your website to cover up ( the are screenshots of both ) . The fact they originally said they did not drill any wells when in fact their were 12 dug yet they only admit to three . Only admitting them because there are pictures.
The number went from 50, to 60 and 61 to now 70 different businesses/ new homes ? Really ? There is not any Planning and Design approvals to back Lges claim,No variances,planned development or planned subdivision approvals ! Nor are their any building permits applied for or denied . So were is their proof ? Again they are hollow on their words ,and lacking documentation.
Then to say publicly Bernheim was disingenuous- WOW you have to be kidding me . Bernheim nor these home / landowners have not once but proved themselves time and time again based on evidence studies, pictures, video,recordings of truth.
To spread the word because Lge has spewed their rhetoric to save face and play misinformation tactics. Lge wants to say one thing and do anther and change their sites,- looks like Lge has plenty to hide on their mountain of propaganda and asinine comments.
