The Justice for the 34 Group will be releasing a series of videos, documents and evidence (in ‘exhibit’ form) which they believe will uncover what actually happened during the 2012 Essendon Football Club's supplement program. This information will be constantly released over the next two weeks, and a petition facebook updates will cover each one individually. CAS Arbitral Award, point 115, p21 CAS stating "TB4 administered by Dank to the players - which has been the Panel's preferred starting point..." Hansard, 3 March 2016, Senate transcript, p24, 25 McDevitt, CEO ASADA: "Frankly, this stuff about thymomodulin—the 'good' thymosin—was shown to be absolute rubbish" Exhibit C: Refer picture. Source: AFL Anti-Doping Tribunal: Chairman: "We know from an interview conducted with Mr Dean Wallis... that he photographed this bottle in the fridge of Mr Dank." Mr Grace QC (for 32 players): "At Essendon in July 2012." Mr Grace then compared the Thymomodulin-labelled bottles that were in a Como Pharmacy promotional video. "The video that's been produced also is of assistance because you may recall there was somewhat of a better close-up of the labelling on the various bottles shown in the video. You can see the type of typeface, how it's printed. If you compare that to the Wallis photograph we would say it's identical type." "...we would say that there are distinct similarities. On the Wallis photograph, for instance, you can see what appears to be a batch number underneath the word "Thymomodulin". Then a concentration... it appears to be micrograms, some amount of "micrograms/m Also, in an article dated November 17, 2014 titled ‘Dean Wallis vial Thymomodulin photo casts doubt in ASADA case against Essendon 34’, Grant Baker from the Herald Sun wrote wrote: “EXCLUSIVE: THIS is the vial that represents doubt in ASADA’s doping case against 34 current and former Essendon players…..Last year’s ASADA interim report recounts Wallis taking the picture in Dank’s office in the second half of the 2012 season when Dank was not present….. He goes on "The (last year’s ASADA) report does not show the photograph of Thymomodulin, but does include photos of other substances…...” Note this again: "ASADA's Interim Report does not show the photograph of Thymomodulin......"
