The problem/the affected. 

The PGC case is only a recent example. However, stuff like this is an everyday occurrence in our country. The government, authorities and law enforcement agencies go to every length to protect the perpetrators every day. They continuously harass the protestors until they break. The victims are not only blamed and shamed but also threatened and forced to take back or change their testimonies (more often than not at GUN POINT). These forged/false testimonies are then made public and the victims are ridiculed in even worse ways than before. 

If nothing changes, we will turn into another country known for its Abuse cases and we'd rather not have that happen to Pakistan, not again. A country that was once created in the name of Islam is now in intense jeopardy under the rule of bureaucrats and monarchs while the general population is fed the lollipop of democracy.

If this continues, we will be heading towards complete lawlessness and no one will be safe. Cases of SA and Violence will become the new norm and we'd be lucky if a day goes by when there is no more than a single incident report on National Television. The decent & able individuals will continue to move away, to renounce their nationality and the economy will collapse. 

The state holds certain responsibilities towards its citizens which include the right to safety, protection and basic human rights like not being SA-ed on your way to/from school. Every child deserves to be safe and protected and its high time we go to every length to make sure of that.
