Public Corruption Scandal - Release the Impounded STIRM Report for Public Scrutiny

The Issue

THIS IS THE REPORT THE POLITICALLY CONNECTED AND ELECTED NEVER WANT YOU TO SEE.

The reason that this report even exists is that politically elected officials abdicated their professional responsibilities and refused to investigate a fake cop, forged training records, and the involvement of a corrupt police chief.

As for the politically connected officials at the Municipal Police Training Committee (MPTC), their involvement caused this scandal to become the one no one wants to discuss. Their efforts involved hiding public records, tampering with evidence, lying to investigators, and stripping metadata from public records to hide the document's source of origination. There is so much more.

People ask why we have gone public. Our company has been harmed due to the ongoing whisper campaign orchestrated by officials who should have been fired and indicted for their role in the attempted coverup they orchestrated. The withholding of such critical information not only undermines justice but also erodes public trust in our institutions.

As an honorably retired law enforcement officer, I have dedicated my life to upholding the rule of law and ensuring due process. However, my faith in these principles is being tested by the ongoing impoundment of the STIRM report. Despite two indictments on 23 felonies related to this case - arguably the most significant public corruption scandal since the Hinton Drug Lab - our efforts are being stifled.

The STIRM report was written out of necessity in a poison pen fashion after the Essex County District Attorney under District Attorney Jonathan Blodgett and the Attorney General's Office under Attorney General Maura Healey refused this case seven times. Their refusal forced us into a position where we had to shame them into doing their jobs by laying all secrets bare. The prosecutors appeared satisfied with allowing the rapidly approaching statute of limitations to expire. The contents of this 203-page final report will shock the conscience of many as it reveals deep-seated corruption within our system.

We believe everyone should be treated fairly under the law regardless of their political connections or elected status. Therefore, we call upon you to support us in demanding that authorities immediately release the impounded STIRM report for public scrutiny. Your signature can help bring transparency and restore faith in our justice system; sign today!
