Open Region Lock Tree of Savior International (iTOS)

First of all, I would like to thank IMCGAMES CO, LTD for all the hard work to make Tree of Savior become good game and keep developing it. Not to mention, their staffs who genuinely giving service to the players and making the community as well as the game. Then, respecting the old topics about Tree of Savior Indonesia, which I couldn’t write much without the help of them.

For the beginning, our events and updates are the same as iTOS (from now, I’ll put iTOS as Tree of Savior Steam and idTOS as Tree of Savior Indonesia), and usually we have those about one month after iTOS released them. But so many times that idTOS didn’t give the updates and they extended the old events instead or even no event at all. Right now, my concern is that idTOS hasnt given us New Content update (Legend Cards, Wizard Reworks, as stated in https://treeofsavior.com/page/news/view.php?n=1305 ), which is the update should have been given last month (from how the update time gap usually from iTOS to idTOS). Many Indonesian players are waiting for that update since the release on iTOS, but all we get are only Goddess Blessed Cube update (https://www.gemscool.com/berita/read/2018/06/11/16938/maintenance_12_juni_2018 ). Oh, did I mention that idTOS didn’t even celebrate its second year anniversary? Yeah, we don’t get The Invited Ones event at all.
The reason of why the updates and events aren’t published in idTOS is lack of translator working on the updates. I know this from one of the admins that working at Gemscool, and they made a Official Discord server, which you can find it here (https://www.gemscool.com/berita/read/2018/05/31/16908/tos_offical_discord ). They stated how their translator is working not only idTOS, but all games that they published.

Moreover, they tried to put the blame on the developer (IMCGAMES) because they said the developer is not swift enough to give the update contents.

Which is clearly contradicting what they said about “havent been translated”.
My second concern is we don’t have GM that focused only on idTOS. You aren’t reading it wrong. Our idTOS GM is dragged from another game GM, because all idTOS GM are resigned already.
They even gave encouragement to play iTOS instead, which is impossible because of the region lock (unless you play it with VPN, but not sure about the terms of service of VPN usage).
Third concern is about their professionalism. One of my friend support ticket hasn’t been answered since a week ago (https://imgur.com/1yvpTb8 ), and more support tickets from other people accounts. Even if you go to idTOS official Discord server, you can find that admins there are kinda unpleasant to answer some of player questions.
I think these concerns are already answering about the future of Tree of Savior Indonesia, and it’s reaching the point that the game won’t last any longer. All I want to discuss here, is there any chance that IMC will take over idTOS help Indonesian players to lift the region lock? We already let go the possibility of getting data transfer from idTOS into iTOS. But it is all up the the IMC as I already stated things about iTOS here on the links :

Maybe that’s all what I say about Tree of Savior Indonesia. I believe this game has so much potential and as its player, I want to be part of it, but not like this. It’s so unforgiving about how Gemscool treated their players like this.
