I have now heard hundreds of stories like Madisyn’s. So many people have reached out and shared with me. This is an epidemic. So many have been harmed or died and if we don’t bring about positive change so many more will follow.
    I connected with Dr. David Healy. He is perhaps the Doctor most responsible for these drugs carrying a black box warning for suicide in the US along with recommendations that families be notified when people are put on them. A colleague of his Julie Woods runs SSRI stories which features problems that psychotropic drugs can cause. He was visiting Toronto when he saw me on CBC news. Look him and Julie up. A lot of good information there. They fight the good fight! 

  Health care should not be a business. Profits coming into play do not serve the best interest of the patients. I dream of a world where we can eliminate profit, power,greed and just do the right thing. The world did NOT keep my daughter safe. Madi’s Law is a small common sense ask.
