Save Ritidian
7 feb 2021

Biba yan Si Yu’os Ma’åse’ to everyone who came out on a Saturday and stood in the pouring rain because of your passion to preserve and protect our island’s sacred land, water and culture. More than 100 people joined the protest at Adelup and about 70 came out to ITC Intersection. Biba protectors!

We will continue to speak out and voice concerns about the denial of public hearings and forums to discuss the surface danger zone over Ritidian, which will extend 2.8 miles into the ocean, and the Programmatic Agreement, which outlines DOD training and testing in the region over the next five years. It is a travesty that we are being denied opportunities to engage in meaningful dialogue about such projects that impact our natural and culture resources for generations.

Stay tuned to our IG, Facebook and Twitter to learn about our next steps and we look forward to seeing more and more people showing up to our demonstrations.

Si Yu'os Ma'åse' to Ed Leon Guerrero (Pulan) for creating this powerful video and all the work he does to advocate for GuÅhan. Biba!

We receive a lot of questions from people asking how they can help. Spread the word, speak out, write to our government, write to our local papers, sign petitions, share our posts, share our pages, show up to protests, advocate for sustainability in all the ways you can as an individual. Resources to learn more can be found at the link in our bios on our social media pages. #saveritidian#prutehimariånas
