The reason I want to make this change is that people who smoke die early and they have a increased chance of getting cancer and strokes and heart attacks and when they smoke the people near them will have a higher chance of getting cancer and strokes and heart attacks. The solution is to ban smoking and tobacco so people cant smoke or chew tobacco. I care because I really hate tobacco that once I asked someone not to smoke near me and they said no and I threw the cigarette. I think I kinda helped him seeing how bad smoking is that someone threw there cigarette or cigar.
