I'm so grateful to everyone who has taken the time to sign this petition. I have had signatures and comments from Australia, Belgium, Canada, Germany, Ireland, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Mexico, the Netherlands and New Zealand as well as many from the UK. This is clearly an issue affecting a great many people and I am keen to get some recognition of the difficulties facing some users.
