Protecting Our Neighborhood: Say No to an Outdoor Liquor License for Warren Street Hotel

The Issue

To Manhattan Community Board 1 and New York State Liquor Authority:

We ask that NO liquor license be approved for any outdoor late night bar or restaurant space, either private or open to public, on any outdoor terrace or patio space at the WARREN ST HOTEL, located at 86 Warren St New York NY.

We are local residents and taxpayers who enjoy the quiet nature of our residential neighborhood.  A rooftop/terrace bar and/or restaurant with NOISY PATRONS and MUSIC will keep our children awake and disturb residents.
