Thank you for your continued support and for standing with us by signing the petition to protect access to local healthcare in Beeton. Your voice made a real difference.

We are pleased to inform you that Beeton Walk-In Clinic is now fully reopened with regular business hours.

We also want to update you on an important development. We recently received formal correspondence from the Ministry of Health confirming what we have maintained from the beginning:
Our clinic is operating within our legal rights to charge a clinic visit fee, as we do not bill OHIP for the “Well Health Assessment by IMG” provided under our current supervision model.

However, the Ministry has also clarified that, under the same model, we are no longer permitted to roster patients, which means we are not able to submit any rostered-patient billing to OHIP.

Because of this limitation, and in order to continue offering accessible local healthcare without interruption, we will be implementing the following changes:

Effective January 2026
Discounted visit fees for our current and returning patients (previously known as Rostered patients); and
A new one-time annual registration option for those who wish to reduce per-visit costs and help support the sustainability of the clinic.
More details will be shared closer to the launch date so patients can choose the option that works best for them and their families.
