Help elect an animal-friendly city attorney!
Apr 18, 2016 — Hi everyone! This is Bryan Pease, the attorney who coordinated and helped pay for Amber's legal defense. I am currently running for San Diego City Attorney to better protect animals, the environment and freedom of speech and assembly.
Please contribute to my campaign at www.bryanpease.com!
I have won several civil and criminal cases against the city on behalf of activists like Amber who were wrongfully prosecuted, and I'm the only candidate who has.
As city attorney, I would be able to not only protect the free speech rights of activists on a larger scale, but also could take on big institutional animal abusers like SeaWorld and vivisectors based in San Diego.
San Diego is the 8th largest city in the US, and what happens here can have ripple effects across the country and world. The primary election is June 7, there is no incumbent, and a crowded field of 5 candidates.
The other candidates are very similar, and I am the one who stands out as the public interest lawyer. However, I need to get my message out to voters in this citywide race, and that takes a lot of money. Please contribute today at bryanpease.com!
And please tell any friends in San Diego to make sure to vote June 7 and Give Pease a Chance!
