The industry is now in serious jeopardy. Everyone is talking and the news is spreading. The stores are getting scared. The consumers are worried about losing their products. 

Well, we don't have much time. Our last resort is to file for an injunction to delay this bad bill. The goal is to raise funds to pay for an attorney to represent an injunction that could either delay or completely stop these regulations from being enforced by the Commonwealth of Virginia. Until Virginia has created and structured an actual regulated market, we will have to fight for our right to be in the business or consume the hemp products for all the reasons we use it.

All donations will be returned if we do not hit a sufficient amount for attorney fees. All donations will be held in the GoFundMe escrow account until July 4th, 2023 and transferred either into an attorney's Trust or your donation will be refunded by GoFundMe on July 5th, 2023.

By taking out the existing market, we will all suffer for the benefit of only a few. That being; Jushi Inc, Columbia Care, GreenThumb Industries, and Dharma Pharmaceuticals along with all the lawmakers who profited from the financial contributions from these out-of-state companies. 

Please help, this is very serious for so many Virginians involved.
