We, the concerned members of the online community, are united in our determination to address a critical issue that affects the safety and well-being of users on TikTok and Instagram. We are petitioning both platforms to take decisive action against an individual and their partner who have been actively engaged in abusive, manipulative, and predatory behavior.

These individuals, whose usernames we will not disclose to prevent further harm, herein referred to as “This Person” has been using TikTok and Instagram as a platform to exploit, manipulate, and prey upon vulnerable individuals, primarily targeting underage and young women. Multiple accounts have emerged, shedding light on the disturbing experiences they endured while involved and/or interacted with This Person. This Person reportedly has a vast history of domestic abuse, sexual assault, shady and deceptive, fraudulent business practices, in which has subsequently resulted in past and current pending legal court cases. There is currently proof of obscene images within a direct message conversation of this person (30) circulating the internet and it is alleged that the conversation is between this person and a minor female (16).

It is our firm belief that TikTok and Instagram have a moral responsibility to foster a safe environment for all users, free from abuse and manipulation. It is essential to protect the most vulnerable members of our community, especially young individuals who may be more susceptible to manipulation and harm. The presence of these individuals on both platforms poses a direct threat to the mental well-being and overall safety of their users.

By signing this petition, we urgently call upon TikTok and Instagram to conduct thorough investigations into the reported accounts (outlined in the affidavit and presentation) and take immediate action to de-platform these individuals. We demand that both platforms enforce their community guidelines and terms of service, which explicitly prohibit abusive behavior, harassment, and the exploitation of vulnerable individuals.

Furthermore, we implore TikTok and Instagram to enhance their reporting mechanisms, ensuring that user reports are taken seriously and promptly addressed. Cooperating with law enforcement authorities when necessary is crucial to protect potential victims and hold the abusers accountable for their actions.

Together, let us demand a safer online community by uniting our voices against abuse, manipulation, and predatory behavior. By de-platforming these individuals on TikTok and Instagram, we send a resounding message that such harmful conduct will not be tolerated within our online spaces.
