Rezoning Public Hearing

Dear Supporters,

The WF Board of Commissioners rezoning public hearing for the forested parcel across from Joyner Park is this Tuesday, February 18th at 6:00 PM, Town Hall.

The development proposal includes 300 apartments, 100 townhomes, and about 10 acres of commercial. It also includes approximately 30 acres of open space, of which approximately 26 is undisturbed forest.
