Dear Supporters,

Church St. Co has had their "pre-application" meeting with the town's planning department. They will now submit an application for rezoning the 68 acre forested parcel across from Joyner Park. Now is the time to contact both the planning department and our local elected officials. If the parcel must be developed, we would like to see development located on the 20 acres of young pine forest close to Harris Rd, while keeping the 36 acres of mature forest, wetlands, bluffs, and streams intact (see photo). Please echo this message with us by contacting our Wake Forest board of commissioners and voicing your concern! The time is now!
