Our community is under attack by private companies with federal government contracts. They are private to avoid FOIA requests. Their mission is a war on HIV. Their methods are simular to law inforcement- using criminal informats! They ran these informats just like drug case informants.  Some of these informats are sexual addicts given permission to proliferate HIV under the gize of helping locate anyone else not disclosing their status.  This is evil and must be stoped in it's tracks. Let's track down these teams of private investigators and start a class action lawsuit to terminate the program and seek damages.
