The 14th amendment was supposed to abolish discrimination to provide equal protection and rights but this law does not stand it’s ground when it comes to a father rights without buying his rights. The human resource has overruled equality of man rights.

A mother carries a lifeform in the womb but the sole purpose of that life form would not exist if man did not provide the emissions. The child support program is indirect discrimination against man although both genders can be subjective to child support it specifically target mankind. The regulation is much more strict oppose to woman, the statistics show. 

 Man should have equal rights to his children the moment the child blossom into the world. A woman gives birth to a newborn having the authority to do so, she can neglect her child leaving the newborn on the streets abandoning the child to let nature decide his/her fate. Howbeit any woman can birth a child but that does not grant her the motherhood characteristic but somehow there is a law that states a woman has 100% Rights

The Father must fight for his rights, myself was blind sided by such law completely unaware of its existence, to have raised three beautiful children since birth then to be told you don’t have rights over your children, it’s revolting.

Title VI states no person shall be subject to discrimination because of race, but why am I discriminated against for being man? Why has my rights been deprived from me? Why do I have to endow to have my inherently rights as a father instated by the court of law? Fatherhood isn’t for sale and cannot be bought.

The Political Institutions of Human Resources has colonized subjugation of man.The legislators has lost their common sense, became out of touch with reality, their moral behavior is forgotten and disregarded the welfare of mankind. Humans have a moral sense based on their biological ethical behavior, the ability to anticipate the consequences of ones actions, the ability to make value judgements and the ability to chose between alternative course of action it seems legislators has become of one with a Antisocial personality disorder, you’re remorseless, and you diminished empathy. 

The legislator’s mind has become a computerized mind of technology source of thought, showing no moral system and lack virtue ethics. We as humans have different moral values, judged as either right or wrong, good and evil. Mankind has lost their ability of being a human of decency lacking empathy for single fathers living in poverty.

Father Owes back pay – lose license due to back pay nonpayment – no way to work- unable to drive due to license suspension – lose job- because father is unable to make it to work – father can’t pay child support because he lost his job – father is subjected to jail because he can’t pay child support
50% of men lost their job due to driver’s license suspension because they could not afford to pay child support and owed back pay.

The state expects man to fulfill this abomination despite the fact of misfortune. 
The child support law is modern day slavery men are exploited by the state and lose their freedom, father’s become trapped in debt bondage, the debt become inescapable. Many men have fallen into this trap due to a broken household, a couple grows apart, or divorce the man spends centuries taken care of his family but when the pair separate the woman subject the man to child support because the woman grasp the consequences of child support nonpayment. 

This Law has created segregation of man and woman, it is not a natural law. A father having no authority over his child is a law that violates the law of nature. The woman rights over a child, man and woman formed was not a direct promotion by natural selection. It is a synthetic law that should be abolished. 

Give father’s a chance to be a father, grant equal rights to both genders. In the law of  court man must buy his rights. “you cannot buy fatherhood” it is not for sale.
The Knife was created for cutting, an arrow for hunting and animal skin to protect the body. Man was created to provide, protect, love, work, excel, create, find a wife, start a family, accept responsibility, and take care of the children he created. A Father should have natural equal rights over his offspring, his manner of appearance should be respected on this earth. 

The woman’s rights over origin of life was not favored by natural selection, man and woman are equal. When observing the world as it is today there is a radical breach between man and woman rectitude.

Inequity 

Would you like to know what is worse than being betrayed by the person you love? Being a single father living in poverty taking care of your offspring alone. When the mother of your children is to be incarcerated for 30 days and there isn’t anyone to help you support your offspring so you do it alone. Just to be told [you don’t have rights] 

To be there for your children the moment they were blossomed from the womb, to be helpless to not have a penny to your name , to not have family to depend on, for your child to need diapers and food but you don’t have money to provide those essentials but you pray to God and he makes a way for you to be the best father you were destined to be, then to be told [you don’t have rights] to be there for your children every birthday, every holiday.

You spend your last penny just to see a smile on your child’s face on holiday’s and birthday’s. [just to be told you don’t have rights] 
To be a helpless father, to feel like your drowning above water and still manage to stay strong during your toughest times because your children depend on you. [just to be told you don’t have rights]

I’ve made a lot of mistakes in my life, I am not perfect, I’ve sinned but not once have I ever mistreated my children, I’ve never left there side without reasoning. The mother of my children has kept my children away from me for months and there wasn’t anything I could do because as a father [I don’t have rights]

My children mother is aware how much my children mean to me and to get reprisal this is her way. Your only damaging our children leaving them to worry and feel abandoned by their father but I’ve always been there and always will be. I am a Father with rights and those rights shall be accounted equally to a woman’s Rights as a mother. I know what it is like to be a child that is neglected by his/her parents.

 To grow up without affection, love, care and support to be alone and there is no one to comfort you but God. I promised myself when I have children they would never endure the feelings I felt as a child.
Children are a Gift from God and every child deserves to know what it’s like to have a parent care for them and love them.

Everyone has a mission in life my mission on this earth is to adopt children God has appointed me to do so. 
Children are not to be used as leverage opposed to their parents 
Children are not to be abused, mistreated and neglected, they did not ask to be here so love them, teach them, care for them and they will reciprocate the love and care when your old.

Based off my interactions with a few amount of women who see both sides to the struggles of parenthood for both men and women understand that more can be done to better support men just as much as they do women for an equal opportunity as well as a chance for a substantial and significant family dynamic. The impact of emotional and psychological damage that is done due to an imbalance of improper rights between single mothers as opposed to single father poses as a detrimental effect due to women getting the upper hand in all court rulings. 

Abuse and neglect are prominent in many CPS cases. One good example of the court system abusing another single father’s right is the infamous case of Gabriel Fernandez. Gabriel was abused and killed by his own mother and step father, his biological dad was willing to step in and do what he had to do for his child but in the end the mother had full authority, whether she was competent or in a healthy state of mind to take care of him or not.

Biological fathers who are active in their child’s life should have just as much of a right as mothers do when it comes to their children. 
Casey Marie Anthony, a mother who was supposed to protect her child, love and care for her child. Instead murdered her child [she was found not guilty]. Where is the justice for the defenseless children? The legislator’s shows negligent among children every day and night. CPS is involved but they’re impotent, majority of time the cases are overlooked or brushed beneath a rug.

The system Does Not Care about the children. It’s a disgrace and inhumane.

 The child support law was never about the children it was created to segregate man and woman only causing conflict and torment between the parties, It shouldn’t come as no surprise it was to be expected. Ameri[KKK]a  was built on segregation. So much for being a State that’s [United]. 

I am a Human, I have passion and understanding, I have thoughts, I have goals and dreams. I am more than a transaction, I’m a Father of three beautiful children, I am a Father living in poverty and not because of my work ethic, my resume is outstanding but being a single father of three children in today’s economy is a battle. 

I’ve worked 40 hours a week, I’ve worked 70 hours a week and no matter what my paycheck amounted to at the end of the week my children had needs and I’ve always put my children needs before my own, my children have never went hungry but I have. My children have always had clothing on their precious body and shoes on their feet even when my shoes were worn out. When you’re a father you make sacrifices but in the eyes of the state I am nothing more than a transaction. 

A man is subject to pay Child support before the law has statistical significance proof that a child is his offspring this should be unlawful and Child support should be granted to a mother when a father is absent from the child’s life wholly.
A father that is present is his child/children life should not be obligated to pay a woman child support. Joint custody should be enacted for all split households when the family is broken upon. The woman has the authority to keep the child from his/her father without reason and the man still has to pay child support, Where is the justice in that? 

I am not a transaction, I have rights an offspring has 23 chromosomes from their mother and 23 chromosomes from their father. Why Does a woman have 100% authority over their child well being!? Both parties conceive a child so both parties shall be granted equal rights. 

The Woman with 100% rights over an origin of life is also the woman capable of abortion, she has the rights to murder her child before his or her fate is decided.
The Child support system has failed many father’s and many father’s have failed their children because of this law. I understand It is nearly impossible for a single mother to raise a child alone so an absent father should be obligated to help with the child expense’s. 

76% of father’s in the US contribute to child support and the law states that if the man fails to pay he will be arrested. 
This is immoral, where is the compassion , the sympathy? I shall be imprisoned because my life has a turmoil ? A man is subjected to lose his job/career when imprisoned he becomes buried in back pay and trapped in a corrupt system.
I speak for all active father’s, I have sacrificed happiness, freedom, my health for my children and I still have no rights to my children.

The mother has 100% authority over my offspring. The US Government spends $80 billion on public prisons and jails instead of using that currency to build a program to help single mothers and fathers when they suffer a misfortune. 

A woman Carry a baby 9 months and birth a life form but does that mean she knows how to be a mother to her children.? No, parenting comes from within. Any human can make a lifeform but to raise, love, nurture, take care of a child comes from understanding , having a genuine heart and soul. A father should have equal rights to his child just as much as the mother, an active father should not pay child support.
 I am an active father in my children life, they did not ask to be here I owe them everything.

What gives my children mother the authority to keep my children from me whenever she is bitter and in rage ? My children are not pawns, they are smart, beautiful, talented, loving children. I’ve been there for my children since Birth. I may not be the perfect partner or the perfect father but I am a Father, one that knows God and without God I am nothing.

 The Child support system has failed many father’s. A man is subject to jail he loses his job/career. This Is Cruel and unusual punishment. When my rights are taken away I’m nothing more than a transaction in the eyes of the state. The Father is captive in a corrupt system until his children turn the age of 18 but a real father knows fatherhood does not stop there. 
I am summoned to extortion when I’m unable to make reparations I face cruel punishment although I may suffer a misfortune. We are Human, we have constitutional rights and those rights shall not be violated.

A mother has the power to keep the children away from their father whenever she is bitter and furious and somehow this is acceptable in the court of law? Because the man doesn’t have rights over his children unless a father has a court ordered arrangement, but what about the emotional and mental state of the child when the father is there one day, absent the next day, week or month because the mother is spiteful.

Not every father has the means to afford legitimation rights or a legal representative, Why should I have to pay to get rights to my children I conceived !? And Even when the court have no significance proof a man is 100% biologically the father of a child he must still pay a woman child support. This is Grievance, it's Injustice. 

The Child support system has shown no remorse for all the father’s that has been imprisoned as if they are thieves and murderer’s but in reality the CSS are the thieves, you rob a man of his freedom and kill his well-being .
The Equal rights Law establishment was designed for women but this law goes against the law of nature against man, against a father and his child that father has no rights unless there is a court arrangement. Why must man be discriminated against in favoritism of a woman ? 

Congress passed the Civil rights act of 1964 prohibiting a person being discriminated against because of their race color, religion and sex. The justice system violates this law in favoritism to the sex of a woman who has 100% rights over a child and a father has 0%. Is the Discrimination Law just a Favorable Lie? 
The Child support law is a law that is made to seem Amoral but the consequences a father bare is immoral, Its unvirtuous extortion. The state threatens you to summon payment if you fail to do so that threat will be acted upon and the father is sentenced to incarceration where his fate is unknown. 

[A father only has rights if he sponsor to have his rights but you can’t buy fatherhood it’s not for sale .. this Violates the law of nature against mankind…I am more than a transaction … I am not a slave to the state … I’m a father with con-natural rights].
 If you ask a child would he/she rather have candy or their father the child answer would be their father, and children love candy but the love a child has for their Dad is unconditional, if you ask a child would he or she rather have a toy or their father the answer would be their father and children love toys but the love a child has for their father is unconditional. 

I don’t doubt some will fail to understand the moral of my perspective, they’re color blind with a close mind.

This Petition will help Abolish child support and enact joint custody for both parties. Giving father’s equal rights to their child without man having to fund his rights.

Ban cruel punishment/jail time and lose of license, if either parent is 100% absent from the Childs life resulting In the mother/father taking care of the child by oneself, or either party is unwillingly to provide stability to have joint custody of their child and does not help the oppose parent with supporting their child. Child support shall come into effect.
