Today's The Day

First of all, thank you for your support – we have had an incredible response to our petition so far!

The legal notice in the Smithville Review for the planned tower for Lou Drive in Dowelltown, TN asked for comments within two weeks of its posting.  TODAY is the end of that two weeks.  If you've not called or written yet and have time today, please call NTCH-West TN's Joshua Austin at 803-466-6488 and let him know your concerns. On Monday, I mailed a certified package of all the signatures, comments, and letters collected at that point to NTCH-West TN and the FCC in time for today's deadline. Including the physical signatures collected by other concerned citizens, the package listed more than 900 individuals asking that the historical importance and natural beauty of the Snows Hill Valley be protected. (Many of our supporters were also suspicious and upset how NTCH-West TN posted their notice in another county's paper more than a year ago.)

Now we we wait for a response and whether they'll listen to our legitimate concerns.  In the meantime, please keep sharing our petition and call NTCH-West TN TODAY (if you can).

I will keep this going for as long as necessary.
