Subject: Mt Lofty Golf Resort Development 

Dear Hon. Nick Champion,

The MT Lofty Golf Resort Development, where public consultation period closed on 16 August 2023, was missing key fundamental requirements that were required per the Guidelines set out by the State Planning Commission.  
As well as many inconsistencies, ambiguities and non-factual information holistically.

We request that any response document that is provided by the Proponent undergo a further public consultation period, as its response would include substantial and critical changes that were not addressed in its previous report. Of which has immeasurable knock-on effects for the character, Environment, Social Impact, Safety and Infrastructure to the micro and macro area of Stirling, its community, habitats, local wildlife and residents.

We additionally, seek that the public consultation period be a reasonable timeframe, as the previous period of 6 weeks was disproportionate and considerably tight based on the Proponent's development being in excess of >1200 pages.
