The Baby Olivia Act forces most Tennessee public schools to show a medically inaccurate, emotionally manipulating video about the fetal development of the “Baby Olivia”. Baby Olivia isn’t real—the entire video is AI-generated by an anti-abortion group Live Action to promote a national abortion ban. Since 2024, such videos have been displayed in all health and biology curriculums for most K-12 schools. 

As members of the Tennessee Student Voice Team (TSVT), we are committed to improving students' academic, personal, and political lives. We believe that all students deserve access to medically accurate, unbiased education, not political propaganda disguised as learning.
