Dogs Left to Starve in Shelter Facility Eat Dead Dog in Adıyaman

Recent footage from Adıyaman shows dogs inside a so-called shelter facility consuming the body of a dead dog.

They were not on the street.
They had already been collected and placed under human responsibility.

This is not aggression.
This is starvation.

These animals were left without adequate food for long enough that survival took over. This does not happen by accident. It points to serious failures in care, oversight, and accountability inside a system meant to protect them.
