SD Musky Public Comments Due TONIGHT

Hey everyone,

Public comments are due tonight, Sunday September 6th at 11:59pm , anything submitted after tonight won’t count. If you haven’t yet, please submit a public comment opposing the musky harvest proposal and your comment will be taken directly into consideration by the SDGFP Comission.

Fill out info, Choose topic as “other”, choose “oppose” and write why you believe Muskies in SD should stay Catch and Release, can be as long or short as you wish. Doing this would be a great help!

Here is the meeting information, don’t forget to sign up. There is a virtual Zoom option. If you show up in person you can sign up in Winner, SD. The meeting starts at 1pm on September 10th, but the public input starts at 2pm so you can join at 1:45pm at the latest and speak up to 3 minutes at 2pm and leave if you so wish. You can sign up now until 1pm the day of the meeting, just email Gail, who’s email is in the meeting link and let her know you plan on talking, she is a great help if you have any questions!
