I hope you're all doing good. We have almost reached the 100 signatures mark! There are many more people thinking and talking about this issue, which is great!

Some updates:

1. I've reached out to the LTC healthcare workers' unions to help me collect data about this matter. Data can play a key role in all of this. Data can help with policy development and improve working conditions so staff are properly supported to meet the needs on the frontlines.
2. Some news outlets have started publishing about this petition to spread the word!
