This afternoon, the Vale of Glamorgan planning committee unanimously voted through the Tree Preservation Order for Reservoir Wood. 

Despite an objection submitted by the land owner, the committee saw the enormous ecological, social and community value of our beautiful woodland and voted to keep it protected for future generations to enjoy.

Thank you so much to everyone who supported the TPO, via this petition or by writing to the Council. Together we have taken huge steps to make sure this precious ecosystem is kept safe.
