Today marks the beginning of the third month without communication to us by our Councillor Krista Adams and these apparent officers running a "full investigation and response". An "overnight process" as a rule of thumb doesn't mean radio silence for months on end - particularly while a whole street of rate-paying citizens to the Council have to endure more repeated hardship. 

We request more transparency, more partnership with the community, and more expedited solutions.
