Immediate Article 4 and licensing for smaller HMOs was rejected by Cllr Nik Oakley and Cllr Alan Matthews at the first stage petition review despite support in huge numbers from the residents of Potters Bar.

On the 11th March at 6pm at Civic Council Offices Elstree Way, Borehamwood, WD6 1WA the HMO Committee will be pushing to reverse this decision.
