Hi all,

We would like to invite all Potters Bar residents to the next HMO meeting.

We have secured a much larger venue at the Wyllyotts Theatre on 9th March at 7 pm so we can accommodate all of you!

A lot has happened since our last catch-up in September which we plan to share including: 

• Some important information on Hertsmere Council's progress on implementing Article 4 as well as what residents can do to support its successful implementation.
• Updates from Cllr Lynette Sullivan and Cllr Simon Rhodes both of whom have been instrumental in supporting residents and ensuring our voices are heard.
• Key statistics tracking the HMO proliferation and projections for future numbers.
• Key wins. Residents have been relentless in gathering evidence, escalating issues and raising objections which have resulted in some key wins which we would like to share and learn from.
• Then lastly where we plan to go from here.
