Pergatuzoo has saved the lives of thousands of animals that were abandoned, abused, and neglected. It is a lifeline for them and a place where hope thrives. I cannot stand by and watch as a criminal organization extorts the people working tirelessly to protect these innocent beings.

Every day, Pergatuzoo offers refuge, care, and rehabilitation to animals in dire need of assistance. The dedicated staff and volunteers pour their hearts into ensuring that each creature receives the safety, love, and treatment they deserve. These noble efforts are now at risk due to intimidations and threats from members of a criminal entity. Such acts not only jeopardize the well-being of the animals but also the lives of those committed to caring for them. Criminal harassment should never dictate the fate of such a vital shelter.

These ongoing threats compromise the ability of Pergatuzoo to continue its operations effectively. Not simply at risk of shutting down the shelter but also the lives of Pergatuzoo’s staff and animals are in danger by death threats. The resources required to fend off such risks divert essential funds away from the wellbeing of the animals. This crisis threatens not only the immediate safety and security of the shelter but its future ability to serve its mission and the lives of people and animals is that conform Pergatuzoo. Not only criminal organizations but also corrupt police officers have taken away donated food that was intended to help feeding the animals in need. With no reason nor judicial order they took away around $1000.00 dollars in food for animals. 

Immediate action is necessary from law enforcement and governmental bodies to protect Pergatuzoo. We call for a robust security presence around the shelter and urgent investigations into these criminal activities. Establishing a protective security detail will help ensure that these heinous acts don’t repeat, and giving law enforcement the resources to crack down on the perpetrators will be a crucial step in safeguarding Pergatuzoo's operations.
