✨ COMMUNITY POWER IN PENICUIK! What a massive turnout! ✨

A huge, heartfelt thank you to every single person who packed out the Cowan Institute last night for the Community Council Meeting.

To give you an idea of the sheer scale of support, we originally were allocated the small hall downstairs: but when we saw the sea of faces flooding through the doors, we had to upgrade to the upstairs main hall at a moment's notice because there were just too many of us to fit! Seeing the room completely filled with neighbours standing shoulder-to-shoulder was a beautiful reminder of what community spirit is all about.

A massive thank you to our incredible team of volunteers who helped out on the night, and to everyone who shared their local knowledge.

By coming together, we didn't just share our worries, we locked down the unarguable, hard engineering facts that the council simply cannot ignore. We proved that our streets, our drainage networks, and our historic infrastructure cannot be steamrollered by fictional planning data.

The energy and solidarity in that room last night was incredible. We are moving into this final push stronger and more united than ever.
