Since dermatology services were removed from Macclesfield Hospital, patients across Cheshire have been left without emergency skin care. There is no expert input on site—no specialist to assess urgent rashes, infections, or suspected skin cancers.

This isn’t just inconvenient. It’s dangerous.

People are being sent miles away or left waiting while conditions worsen. We need local access to dermatology—especially for emergencies.
