 Limit the power held by Children's Division and eliminate removal based on "preponderance of evidence".

Too many families are impacted by the presence of Children's Division in their lives; they lurk breathing down necks and waiting to pounce should any preponderance of evidence rear its ugly head. Children's Division, or  "Department of Family Services" has become the real-life: "Dividing Families Services". Albeit, this private (not government) entity was originally created to help protect children suffering from abuse and/or neglect; however, like most entities that are given too much power corruption has infiltrated it. With federal government provided funds the once righteous Children's Division has become nothing more than legal human traffickers coming into the lives of the low income and poverty stricken demographic they divide families that aren't neglectful nor abusive but maybe just going through a hard time. With every child brought into the broken system the federal government provides more funding and bonus incentives are awarded for every successful adoption made. Caseworkers, directors, judges, and court-appointed lawyers profit while destroying the lives of innocent families in the guise of "protection". Low income families commit suicide when paid off judges terminate their rights severing the ties with the children they love and created. Those poor children then sold to the highest bidder or sold into nefarious situations or lost to the system. Please help me stop this madness and help repair this broken system  Sign this petition to defund the Department of Family Services and limit the power held by this entity;  therefore limiting them from destroying more families. 

Signing this petition will:

* Limit CDs power making it impossible for the removal of children (unless in extreme circumstances where abuse/neglect is VISIBLY noticeable without a doubt) from their natural parents until it is proven in a court of law abuse/neglect has been committed with the deliverance of hard evidence to be voted on and to receive a unanimous agreement from a 12 persons jury of peers. 

* Do away with "preponderance of evidence". 

* Create 100% transparency for all families pertaining to evidence, assumptions, and allegations held by CD. No more lies!

* Strengthen parental rights and make opportunities for parents to stand up and take back their God given parental rights. And to legally have retribution if rights are infringed on.

* Create more opportunities with the funding previously awarded to DFS for children's removal and put it towards local resources to help with big goals CD demands (housing, transportation, food, and other important needs) to help prevent separation and/or truly make reunification the top goal.

Too many families and young children are being thrown around by "The System". Too many children are being lost to it and sold into human trafficking. CD cannot be allowed to destroy more lives without doing their footwork to bring hard facts to the courtroom. Please stand together for these children that cannot stand for themselves it is our duty to SAVE OUR CHILDREN AND TAKE BACK WHAT IT OURS!!! #Savethechildren.
