A SMALL VICTORY!

Today we pause to celebrate a big win for us. Yesterday in Shasta County Superior Court, Honorable Judge Ryan ruled in our favor to allow our biologist on the 90 acre parcel. It was a tense fight and comes with many stipulations including the fact we only get 6 hours on site…but it is a win…and this is worth fighting for…thank you for all your support.
