Hello everyone. Yesterday would have been Mabel’s birthday. This is the first one without her, and we are feeling quite heartbroken. 

In remembrance of our beautiful girl, could I please ask you all to click this link to contact your MPs and Senators, and ask them to get the pet food industry regulated ASAP?

The photo you see is Mabel gaining her Supreme Champion title. It was a wonderful day that I will never forget. It is these days I try to remember more than the days when Mabel, and Vincent, were sick.

If the pet food industry had been properly regulated, the food I was feeding my Mabel and Vincent might have been recalled earlier, and they might still be with us today. 

It has now been more than two years since the Senate inquiry, driven by our champion Senator Stirling Griff, recommended compulsory rules for the standards and labelling of pet food. We can't wait any longer.
