Thank you for standing with us to protect Gershwin Park. Your support has already made a real impact but we’ve reached a critical point where we need to take the next step. We have raised serious concerns about the potential health and environmental impacts of this project, as well as the visual blight it would bring to one of our community’s most cherished green spaces. Unfortunately, AT&T has still not pulled out and we now feel the need for legal representation. To effectively challenge this project, we must build a legal fund. This is where your help is essential.

As a realtor with nearly 20 years of experience, I understand what is at stake: properties located close to cell towers can see value reductions of 15% or more - that translates to hundreds of thousands of dollars in lost value.
