Update for Supporters: What You’ve Set in Motion
On June 10th, I launched this petition because the law offered no protection against AI voice cloning and I needed protection.
In the first two weeks, over 3,000 of you signed. By week three, we crossed 4,000. That momentum has already set change in motion.
In response to your support, I’ve launched two major initiatives:
SOBIR (Society for Original Biometric Identity Rights)
A nonprofit focused on legal advocacy, public education, and the defense of human identity in the age of AI.
SOBIRTECH
A partner technology platform in development, giving individuals tools to detect, track, and respond to unauthorized use of their biometric data — starting with voice.
These didn’t exist before this petition. Your voices brought them to life. Your support motivated and inspired me to keep going.
thank you

Legal Proposals in Motion
Alongside this work, I’ve also been drafting real policy proposals to protect biometric identity. This includes:
• A legislative framework to formally recognize biometric data such as voice and likeness as protected personal property
• A proposed tax credit for content producers who prioritize ethical, human-led creation over AI-generated replacements
• A suggested AI content tax on platforms and corporations profiting from synthetic media that displaces human work, with the intention of redirecting funds toward creator protections and digital literacy programs
Although these proposals are still in early development, I’ve already seen growing interest from legal professionals, advocacy groups, and emerging tech companies focused on ethical AI.
My goal is to help legal systems evolve fast enough to defend human identity in an AI-driven era.
Thank you again, please keep sharing and spreading the word ❤️
