The petition journey has been an interesting one.

It started with a very specific situation, but along the way it grew into something bigger: a conversation about protecting community spaces and the people who rely on them.

Thank you to everyone who signed, shared, and supported the campaign. Every signature showed that these spaces matter.

Even when outcomes take time, the message is clear:

Community places bring people together, support wellbeing, and create opportunities that shouldn’t quietly disappear.
