Many of you will remember my petition to help keep No Limits Community Cafe and Hub going. This was a cause incredibly close to my heart, as places like No Limits are vital lifelines for so many.

Sadly, despite our best efforts, No Limits Community Cafe and Hub closed its doors back in March. This was a huge blow to our community, and it underscores the profound importance of the very issue my petition aimed to address.

While No Limits is no longer with us, the need for accessible, supportive community spaces in Newton Abbot – and indeed, everywhere – is more urgent than ever. These are the places where connections are made, support is found, and well-being is nurtured. They are the heart of our towns and cities.

Therefore, I am formally evolving my petition. It is no longer just about No Limits, but about advocating for the creation and preservation of community spaces for everyone in Newton Abbot and far beyond. The closure of No Limits only strengthens my resolve to fight for these crucial hubs.
