Mark your calendars! 🗓️
The upcoming podcast with lawyer Phil Sheng, @samcehrlich, and @B12Mafia has been scheduled for this Tuesday at 7:30pm ET!

They will be diving into:

🧾 Grandfathering and what’s actually on the table
👀 What the NCAA may be planning behind closed doors
🔍 What we can realistically expect going forward

📰 2. NCAA Still Saying Grandfathering Is VOLUNTARY!?
Over the weekend, Ross Dellenger of Yahoo Sports tweeted that — according to his sources — the NCAA is still sticking to their position that grandfathering student-athletes will only be voluntary.

🚨 That’s outrageous.
🚫 That’s unacceptable.
💥 That’s not going to fly.

🕵️‍♂️ 3. FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) Requests Have Started!
Just as the Yahoo news hit, respected sports journalist Matt Brown tweeted that he’s begun filing Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) requests to find out what’s really been going on behind the scenes. Here’s what he wrote:

"How schools have prepared/communicated for roster limits over the last few months. What have suits told coaches or ADs? What are they telling parents?"
💣 THIS. IS. AWESOME.

We’re about to get real transparency — the receipts, the memos, the texts, the emails. I can already see a few ADs and head coaches sweating.

We’re Not Backing Down
The pressure is working. The cracks are showing. And we will keep fighting until what is right is done.

📬 If have any questions or you want to send anything noteworthy, send an email to: rosterlimits@gmail.com.

Let’s keep pushing. We’ve got momentum. Let’s use it. 🚀
